He is currently an advisor to the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office on international rule of law initiatives.

Dr. Phillip Tahmindjis is the IBA Programme Lawyer whose responsibilities include but are not limited to capacity building and training of lawyers in human rights and humanitarian law in countries like Swaziland, Iraq and Palestine.

A London Solicitor and an individual member of the International Bar Association  for some 25 years, Keith Baker is also a  trustee of the IBA Charitable Trust and Educational Trust.
